Our Promise to You

If you're not 100% satisfied with your breed products for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund your purchase in full or exchange it for another product — your choice.

Eligibility

Our satisfaction guarantee covers:

  • All breed products purchased directly from breedfordogs.com.au
  • Items that do not meet your expectations in quality, scent or performance
  • Products that arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items sent in error

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos in cases of damage or defects to help us improve our packaging and shipping.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Contact us — Email woof@breedfordogs.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. If something arrived damaged, please attach a photo.
  2. We review your request — Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with confirmation and next steps.
  3. Return or keep the product — In most cases, we will not require you to ship items back. For larger orders, we may provide a prepaid return label.
  4. Refund or exchange issued — Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges are shipped as soon as we confirm your request.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item)

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your product rather than receive a refund, just let us know. We can swap:

  • A shampoo for a different scent or formula
  • A spray for another product of equal value
  • Any product for store credit to use later

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or defective, please email us at woof@breedfordogs.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item immediately at no extra cost — no need to return the damaged product.

Gift Returns

If you received a breed product as a gift and would like to exchange it, contact us with the gifter's name and approximate order date. We can issue store credit or facilitate an exchange even if you do not have the original order details.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been significantly used or emptied
  • Items purchased from unauthorised resellers or third-party marketplaces
